The founders established Aro CQ to fill a gap for organisations tired of legacy consulting models and seeking independence and growth for themselves.
Our Name
Aro is the Te Reo Māori word for “Focus” and speaks to our value of clarity of intent and focussed energy.
CQ is an abbreviation for “Cultural Quotient” and directs cultural insight, context, curiosity and connection in what we do and promote.
Aro CQ describes how we work in practice: grounded in Te Ao Māori, commercially sharp, focused on growing leadership capability for a modern Aotearoa, and committed to solving complex organisational challenges in ways that are human and built to last.
