Ana Morrison

Ana Morrison is a senior advisor, governor, and executive leader with more than 15 years’ experience supporting boards and leadership through periods of organisational pressure, transition, and development. A trained commercial lawyer, her career spans governance, executive leadership, and advisory roles across health, tertiary education, and Māori organisations.

Ana specialises in Tiriti-led strategy, governance uplift, and translating strategic intent into delivery. She is often engaged to steady leadership, sharpen direction, and restore delivery confidence while supporting boards and executives to make values-based decisions.

Anaru Timutimu

Anaru Timutimu is a senior advisor with more than 20 years’ experience supporting boards and executive leadership through periods of strategic uncertainty, transition, and change. His career spans governance, senior management, and advisory roles across Māori organisations, public sector and corporate entities.

As co-founder of Aro CQ, Anaru specialises in improving strategy clarity, aligning operational activity, business modelling and organisational change. He is valued for his calm, independent judgement, cultural fluency, and ability to challenge constructively while supporting boards to make confident, well-informed decisions.
