Ana Morrison

Ana is a highly experienced governor and executive leader specialising in Tiriti-led organisational change, Māori strategy, and governance improvement.

A trained commercial lawyer, she is a District Licensing Commissioner and a Sport NZ Governance Mark evaluator. Her previous leadership roles include Deputy CE at Te Pūkenga and fractional CE for Māori organisations.

Anaru Timutimu

Anaru has a wide range of experience in governance and senior leadership in corporate, small business, public sector and Māori enterprises domestically and overseas.

His previous leadership roles have included National Director of Te Tiriti Partnerships at Te Pūkenga, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Toi Ohomai and is the current chair for Māori Kiwifruit Growers Incorporated.
